I'm Leo Falkovsky — a licensed mortgage broker, CMP designation holder, and licensed real estate agent based in Springwater, Barrie, Ontario. I've lived in this community for over 25 years and I've watched the housing market transform Barrie from a commuter town into one of Ontario's most desirable cities.
I spent years inside the traditional banking system before making the move to independent brokering. That experience opened my eyes to how much money homeowners leave on the table — not from bad intentions, but from a lack of access to strategies the banks simply don't promote.
